A number of phases allow us to deliver turn-key solutions to the client. These are as follows.
Analysis
This phase mainly revolves around accurately assessing the needs of the client, and identifying the requirements of the various stakeholders and users within the enterprise. ESRI NeA jointly works with the client to fully document their requirements. Our team will spend time with you to understand your processes and main obstacles.
Design
Following the analysis, we move into the design phase. ESRI NeA has broad expertise in the delivery of software engineering design services. Our expertise in the design of advanced databases allows us to develop GIS databases that are highly responsive to each organization’s needs and fully integrated with its business or enterprise applications and any internal and external third-party systems.
Development
At ESRI NeA this phase includes activities such as configuration management, coding, and testing. Our design strategies involve system design and engineering, conceptual database design, physical database design, application system design, and hardware configuration.
Quality & Standards
Throughout these various phases we employ a variety of methodologies and utilize internationally acclaimed templates to achieve high levels of quality in our services and deliverables. We employ the Joint Application Development (JAD) approach in developing the solution. The concept focuses on the joint interaction between both the technical team and client throughout the process of collecting user requirements, and recognizing problems that are currently faced with the existing systems. This helps users recognize how the developed system could enhance their daily operations. All this serves to enrich the final product and overall service experience delivered to the client. Additionally we follow a formal well structured and standards based project management methodology, which allows for efficient management of the scope, requirements, and resources.
