CMMI is an improvement model, defined by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) and implemented with noted success by numerous software developing organizations worldwide, working in all types of application areas.

Our formal project management methodology is standards based and well structured, allowing efficient management of the scope, requirements, and resources. In terms of our software development methodology, we adopt the Iterative Incremental method since it ensures that requirements are managed and met effectively with minor deviations.

Another key methodology we employ is that of Joint Application Development (JAD). The concept focuses on the joint interaction between both the technical team and client throughout the process of collecting user requirements, and recognizing problems that are currently faced with the existing systems.
