ESRI NeA Implements Its Enterprise GIS Real Estate Solution at Limitless 

On a recent note of success, ESRI NeA has kicked-off the implementation of its Enterprise GIS Real Estate Solution for Limitless. Limitless is a leading integrated Real Estate Development company and a business unit of Dubai World, one of Dubai's top business groups. Limitless was set-up in July 2005, with the key objective of diversifying and globalizing Dubai’s portfolio of leading development companies by leveraging the know-how and exposure gained by Dubai World’s real estate initiatives. As a leading global real estate and property developer whose entire frame of work deals with properties, parcels, and land plots all over the world, the need for a common platform that integrates all these projects and details was paramount.

For any real estate company, the “location” factor is a central element in their work, and the single most common component within all of their systems and data. ESRI NeA’s Enterprise GIS Real Estate Solution utilizes this “location” factor to tie in all these disparate elements and present a single unified common operational platform that any company can base its day to day operations and strategic planning on. An Editing Manager Module allows users to visualize various versions of master plans and parcels, in addition to providing them with a variety of editing tools for manipulating parcels. The Affection Plan Flow Manager and the Non-Objection Certificate Flow Manager aim to automate the whole process of generating Affection Plans and Non-Objection Certificates (NOCs). Our Explorer Module provides public users, as well as sales & marketing departments, with a wealthy tool for searching for properties, and visualizing properties in 2D & 3D. The Sales & Marketing Module aims to provide users with a set of powerful visualization tools that improve understanding and enhance strategic planning for the properties market.

As for the Urban Management Module, it is designed to spatially represent different urban entities, in addition to providing a systematic modelling process for spatial objects including population, facilities, locations and networks. The Land Management Module provides users with the means of visualizing & analyzing parcel ownerships & leasing details. The City Infrastructure Module allows users to view different city infrastructure systems & monitor their status. A Projects Tracking Module avails a means of visually tracking the status of running projects. This is achieved by integrating with existing Project Management tools, and existing databases. Finally, the Senior Management Module is designed to provide top managers with a spatially enabled tool that allows them to visually monitor & review various work related activities within their company.
